Reading - mostly biographies and books that explore different ideas (e.g. The Giver)
Exercising - walking, jogging, weight training
Building - food to be eaten (e.g. bread) and live music for my family (on piano and clarinet)
Experimenting - in the science lab and in life, trying new things
Keeping things clean - like washing dishes and hanging the washing on the line to dry
Applying the things that I learn to my life - sometimes, but definitely learning about them
Helping - myself and other people to have a more meaningful life
